AI chatbot and automation

AI chatbot and automation: an evening employee who never gets tired of answering

An AI chatbot trained on your business answers your customers at 9 p.m. on a Sunday, qualifies requests and takes contact details while you live your life. And around it, we automate what steals hours from you every week.

Chatbot included in our Growth and Store packages · Standalone project from $1,500

What we automate

The three time leaks we plug first

Not science fiction: repetitive tasks you already do, less well, at hours when you should be elsewhere.

Repetitive questions

"Are you open Monday? Do you deliver to Laval? How much does it cost?" The chatbot answers instantly, in your words, in French and English — and hands over to a human as soon as the conversation becomes important.

Lead intake

Every form, every message arrives sorted, qualified and logged: who, what, what budget, how urgent. An acknowledgement goes out automatically. You never lose a request in an inbox again.

The follow-ups you forget

Appointment reminder the day before, follow-up on a quote left unanswered, review request after a job: the actions that pay the most and get done the least — because there's no time.

What's included

A chatbot that knows your business, not a generic robot

The chatbot is trained on your content: your services, prices, hours, service areas, both languages. It cannot make things up — if it doesn't know, it offers to put the customer in touch with you. It is locked to your business (impossible to use as a free assistant) and conversations contain no personal data without consent.

You have the example in front of you: the bubble at the bottom right of this page is our own chatbot. Ask it a question.

Included in an automation project:

  • ✓ AI chatbot trained on your business, FR and EN, on every page
  • ✓ Guided quote or appointment flow inside the chatbot
  • ✓ Hand-off to a human whenever needed, contact details always visible
  • ✓ Automatic intake, sorting and acknowledgement of requests
  • ✓ Appointment reminders and follow-ups by email or SMS
  • ✓ Automated Google review request after a job
  • ✓ Connection to your existing tools (calendar, CRM, invoicing)
  • ✓ Log of unanswered questions to improve the chatbot every month
How it works

One automation at a time, starting with the one that pays most

  1. 1

    Mapping

We look at where your time goes: which questions recur, which requests get lost, which follow-ups slip. Twenty minutes is enough.

  2. 2

    Priority

Together we choose the first automation — the one that saves the most hours or wins the most customers. Firm price.

  3. 3

    Setup

Chatbot trained, scenarios tested with you, tools connected. You approve every standard answer.

  4. 4

    Continuous improvement

Each month, unanswered questions enrich the chatbot. It gets better the more it serves.

Pricing

Included in our websites, or as a standalone project

The AI chatbot is included in the Growth ($3,900) and Store ($6,900) packages — because in 2026, a website that doesn't answer your customers' questions is an incomplete website.

Already have a website? A standalone automation project starts at $1,500 (chatbot on your current site) and is priced by the number of processes to automate. The chatbot's monthly running is covered by the Peace of Mind plan.

FAQ

The questions we get asked about AI

Will the chatbot say random things to my customers?

No. It answers first from a base of replies you approve; the AI only steps in for nuanced questions, under strict rules: no invention, no promises, and referral to you as soon as it matters. Every unanswered question is sent to you to improve it.

Won't my customers prefer talking to a human?

For important questions, yes — and the chatbot knows it. It handles the repetitive (hours, service areas, base prices) and hands over for the rest, with your contact details in plain view. What customers appreciate most is getting an answer at 9 p.m. instead of voicemail.

Is it compliant with Law 25?

Yes. The chatbot only collects contact details when the customer provides them voluntarily in the quote flow, and nothing is kept without consent. Your privacy policy is updated accordingly.

Which tools can you connect?

Your calendar (Google, Outlook, Cal.com), your email, a simple CRM, your invoicing. We favour no-code connections that are reliable and inexpensive.

What if I have a very technical question about my trade?

The chatbot learns your trade from what you give it: service sheets, FAQ, rules. The more you give it, the more precise it is — and it will never step outside that frame.
